Natventure, an adventure-oriented startup based in Guwahati and caters to the different types of adventure tourism-land, water and air requirements like cycling, trekking, rafting, camping, kayaking etc. of every age group and gender. This includes the Bi-annual Cycle trip to Tawang, Trip to Hornbill Festival with a Group of French diplomat and Ziro Cycle Trip.

Start-up Idea

Natventure, an adventure-oriented startup based in Guwahati and caters to the different types of adventure tourism-land, water and air requirements like cycling, trekking, rafting, camping, kayaking etc. of every age group and gender. 

Natventure has a dedicated and professional team of adventure seekers and facilitators comprising of certified instructors and trainers with immense experience. Natventure has completed its 4 years, concentrating more on cycling trips. The plan is to focus on trekking & camping trips its 5th year; rafting & kayaking in the 6th year.Natventure has successfully organised Trips for clients both National and International to various parts of North East India. This includes the Bi-annual Cycle trip to Tawang or Trip to Hornbill Festival with a Group of French diplomats, Ziro Cycle Trip or Meghalaya Cycle Tour.The Trans Assam Cycle expedition organized for the Red Horns Division of the Indian Army as part of Operation Sadbhavna was other feathers in the cap.

NAME: PRANAY BORDOLOI (Advisor)

The man with the energy of a 10-year old and the youngest in spirit. His experience and passion is what guides Natventure. BORDOLOI is more known as a media personality though equally if not more known on the adventure activities front. He has attended Basic, Advanced Mountaineering and Rescue Course. He has summited several Himalayan Peaks including RubalKang, Mount Jogin and many others. He has participated in more than 300 different trekking expeditions in different parts of Himalaya. Besides he has participated in several rafting expeditions in Kameng, Jia Bharali, Subansiri and others. He has participated in two different Everest expeditions in 2012 & 2015. He is a member of Wildlife Advisory Board of Assam.

NAME: SUPURAJ GOGOI (Co-Founder, Head - Business Development)

SUPURAJ has been an adventure enthusiast, finding his true calling in the field. He started out with Travel and Tourism as a career choice, dabbled into a couple of other interests before envisioning Natventure along with Jitu. It is his infectious enthusiasm and cheerful demeanour that sustains the rest of the team in the face of challenges. A tremendous enthusiast in the field of adventure activities, he makes up with his never-say-die attitude. Trekking, cycling, biking, marathon, rafting…..he has tried it all in an effort to satiate the thirst and raring to discover much more.

With his vision set, he has discovered for himself- sustenance and enrichment in Nature.

NAME: JITU PEGU (Co-Founder, Head – Operation)

JITU has the training and experience which makes him best qualified to decide on the range of activities one might go for. He is involved throughout- right from designing the trips to its execution. He started his journey to be one of the best in this field. His first step towards his goal was a degree in Tourism & Leisure with Adventure Tourism as his specialisation. He is certified in Mountaineering &Skiing courses from ABVIMAS, Manali, a qualified zipping instructor and certified in Basic Life support (First Aid & CPR) from East West Rescue and Indian Red Cross Society. Travelling and exploring new places are his areas of interest, making him one with the world of adventure. He has worked with renowned companies in this field like Flying Fox Asia, QuestrailsPvt. Ltd and Youth Hostels Association of India. During his working tenure he has handled children groups from Maharani Gayatri Devi, DPS, British School, Singapore International School, Maria Public School, The Pinnacle School, a few names among many. He has also handled corporate groups from American Embassy, Nokia, Headstrong, DHL, Oxfam, Reliance etc.

In Youth Hostels Association of India he was responsible for handling the Adventure department and has designed numerous trekking and mountain biking route all over India.

NAME: SANGEETA BHATTACHARJEE (Head - Public Realtion)

SANGEETA shares the infectious enthusiasm of her partner-in-life, Supuraj. Both have been out together on many trips and she insists that a shared passion in couples for the outdoors can open up immense opportunities not just to rejuvenate and relax but to take the relationship to an altogether new height. With a Masters Degree in Economics & PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication and with a bent of mind primarily towards academics, dabbling in media work at the same time, she brings to the organization her immense experience of having worked with children and the rapport that she can easily build.

The cool head of the team, her advice is solicited and adhered to, especially regarding safety and security.

NAME: NITU DOLEY (Head - HR and Administration)

The anchor of the organization, she brings into the house her valuable experience of having worked in different organizations in her young career. An HR by profession, she loves to explore new places, travel around and is a foodie too. She holds her an MBA degree in Human Resource from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA, Masters and Bachelors Degree in Science, Biotechnology from Sikkim Manipal & University of Mumbai respectively. She believes travelling forwards the learning process, aids in knowing more about the world, the people, its cultural diversity and more importantly discover the self within. She infuses vibrancy and enthusiasm and lends a helping hand to every aspect of the organization.
