Start-up Idea

Deeply inspired by the fact that smoke causes health hazards and environmental pollution, the team at Manigreen Enterprises researched, designed and developed smokeless electric-based heating appliances. Their venture started in early 2019 with very limited resources. Startup Manipur initially supported the enterprise both financially and technically.

The team developed the prototype of smokeless fish/meat dehydrator by early 2019. 

With the boost given by Start Up Manipur, they successfully developed prototypes of 4 (four) different product lines. Even during the Covid-19 crisis, they managed to create an additional 2(two) product lines. All of them are tested and validated. Now they are all set to scale up production.

Their initial focus is within Manipur. Eventually, they will expand to the rest of North-East India and rest of India. Their vision is to become the largest eco-friendly appliance manufacturer in entire North-East India by the next 15 (fifteen) years. They will attempt to add at least 3 (three) product lines every year and will eventually evolve to reach a high-tech level like robotics and automation.

LingkanKonsam is the founder of Manigreen Enterprises. Their team consists of science graduates, technology enthusiasts, plastic engineers, skilled apprentices.
