The genesis of NEPRISE was a journey of collaboration which is still evolving. As the venture progressed, the co-founders continuously endeavoured to catalyze their global expertise alongside localised insights in terms of regional situations/projects. During the initial period, NEPRISE worked in a few projects across multiple disciplines. During that time, there was further validation that the highly fragmented and unorganized nature of the professional services industry was a real problem, as both talented professionals and customers did not have easy access to professional work. The co-founders saw this as a complex problem which has Pan-India prevalence, and particularly in Tier-2 to 5 towns, plus regions like the North-East. With such insights along the enterprise journey, the co-founders developed a suitable solution – the 'NEPRISE Service Aggregator Platform for Multi-Sector Professional Services’. The team has one market validation via customer/associate/partner on-boarding, and subsequent cash-flow/revenue generation via execution of multiple projects.
Another milestone is diversification of offline revenue streams, which currently include fees from direct projects, platform transactions, referrals & collaborations. With ongoing/active stakeholder engagements during Covid-19, the NEPRISE business model has so far proven to be resilient, and is an encouraging aspect.
