CareerSpark is an experiential career mentoring and guidance venture for students. It offers career counseling and assessment, personalised mentoring for academics, entrance exams, overseas education & career skills. Career Spark has helped more than 2000 students (Paid & Free) to date.

Start-up Idea

The main motto of CareerSpark is to provide unbiased and holistic service to students to help them find their spark. Along with career counselling and assessment, CareerSpark, started in April 2019, offers personalised Mentoring for academics, entrance exams, overseas education & career skills.

For delivering the best possible solution to the students, Career Spark has partnered and collaborated with top career coaches and domain experts from across the world. The team of Internationally Certified Career Coaches empowers school and college students to bring clarity in their career choices and help them build relevant skills and mindsets required to excel in the chosen field. With a vision to help students and parents make informed career decisions, Career Spark is integrating all the stakeholders (Parents, Teachers & Students) in the form of Career Clubs and Career Curriculum in schools. Career Spark has helped more than 2000 students (Paid & Free) to date to clear their career confusions, and it has been mentoring 50+ students with personalised one-on-one support.

Career Spark is also going to launch its new program in July 2020 on developing new-age skills which are a major requirement of the 21st century. CareerSpark is the only venture in North-East India, who is a member of Asia Pacific Career Development Association. Career Spark aims to reach and help 1 million students in the next five years. We aim to build an Experiential Career Resource centre at every district of the state and the region to make an unbiased career ecosystem and provide a mentor to each child, this will not only solve problems of students but will also generate employment opportunities.
